Propper Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Children Under the Age of 18

The Platform is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use the Platform, we and service providers acting on our behalf may automatically collect certain information about your device, browser, network, and use of or interaction with the Platform. Depending upon how you access and use the Platform, this information may include:

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and service providers acting on our behalf may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, software development kits ("SDKs"), local storage, mobile identifiers, device identifiers, and other similar tracking, analytics, or data collection technologies in connection with the Platform.

Information We Receive from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third parties that provide, distribute, operate, support, or facilitate the Platform or related services, including application marketplaces, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising providers, technology providers, and other service providers.

Depending upon the third party and your interaction with its services, the information made available to us may include account or identifying information, subscription or transaction information, device or usage information, technical or diagnostic information, and other information relating to your interaction with the Platform or the applicable third-party service.

Third parties may independently collect or process information about you in accordance with their own terms, privacy policies, and practices. We do not control the privacy practices of third parties acting independently of the Company, and you should review their applicable privacy policies and settings for information about their practices and the choices they may provide.

Third-Party Tracking Technologies

Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Platform are served by third-parties, including Platform providers, third party sellers (such as shopify), advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Platform. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different Platforms and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.

How We Use Your Information

·       Security and Fraud Prevention. To protect the security and integrity of the Platform, accounts, systems, and information; authenticate Users; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, misuse, security incidents, and other unlawful or prohibited activities.

·       Enforce Our Rights and Comply with Legal Obligations. To administer and enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements, protect our rights and the rights of others, resolve disputes, comply with applicable laws and legal processes, and respond to lawful requests from courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other governmental authorities.

·       Marketing and Advertising. Where applicable and subject to your choices and applicable law, to send you marketing or promotional communications, measure or understand the effectiveness of communications or advertising, and support advertising or marketing activities relating to the Company, the Platform, or our products or services.

·       Fulfill Your Requests. To provide information, Content, features, products, services, or other resources you request and to fulfill the purpose for which you provide information to us.

·       Business Operations. To conduct internal business operations, maintain records, perform analytics, manage our relationships with service providers and other third parties, and otherwise operate and improve our business.

·       Other Disclosed or Permitted Purposes. To use information for any other purpose disclosed to you when the information is collected, with your consent where required, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

To application marketplaces, payment processors, technology providers, and other third-party platforms or services when necessary to provide, distribute, operate, support, or facilitate the Platform, subscriptions, transactions, or other services requested by you.

To a buyer, successor, prospective buyer, or other third party in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, dissolution, bankruptcy, or other business transaction involving all or any portion of the Company's business or assets.

·      At Your Direction or With Your Consent. To fulfill the purpose for which you provided the information, at your direction, with your consent where required, or for another purpose disclosed to you when the information is collected.

Sales of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. Third parties that provide or support portions of the Platform may independently collect or process personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies and practices. We do not control the privacy practices of third parties acting independently of the Company. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We provide choices regarding certain ways in which we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. The choices available to you may depend upon how you access or use the Platform, your device or browser settings, the features available through the Platform, and applicable law.

·       Marketing and Promotional Communications. Where we offer marketing or promotional communications, you may be given the opportunity to opt in to receiving those communications. The availability and effect of these choices may vary depending upon the technology, device, and third party involved.

·       Third-Party Services. Third-party platforms, application marketplaces, advertising providers, analytics providers, and other third parties may provide their own privacy settings or mechanisms for controlling their collection or use of information. We do not control the privacy practices or choices offered by third parties acting independently of the Company, and you should review their privacy policies and settings for additional information.

U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights regarding their personal information under applicable state privacy laws. California Privacy Notice

If you are a California resident and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended ("CCPA"), applies, you may have additional rights to know and access, correct, or delete certain personal information; obtain information regarding the categories and sources of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, and the categories of third parties to which it is disclosed; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information.

The categories of personal information we collect, the sources from which we collect it, our purposes for collecting and using it, the categories of third parties to which we disclose it, and our retention practices are described throughout this Privacy Policy. California residents may also request information regarding certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes to the extent provided by applicable California law.

We do not sell your personal information.

California residents may exercise applicable rights using the methods described under U.S. State Privacy Rights above.

International Privacy Rights

If you are located in Canada, applicable Canadian privacy laws may provide you with rights regarding your personal information, including rights to request access or correction, obtain information regarding our collection, use, or disclosure of personal information, withdraw consent where permitted, and raise questions or complaints regarding our privacy practices.

If you are located in the European Economic Area ("EEA") and the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") applies, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data; restrict or object to certain processing; receive certain personal data in a portable format; and withdraw consent where processing is based upon consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with an applicable data protection supervisory authority. Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data as necessary to perform our contractual obligations to you, comply with applicable legal obligations, pursue our legitimate interests where those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests, and with your consent where consent is the applicable legal basis.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide and maintain the Platform and user accounts, administer subscriptions and transactions, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect our legitimate business interests.

The length of time we retain personal information varies depending upon the nature of the information, the purposes for which it is processed, applicable legal or contractual requirements, and our legitimate business needs. When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, we may delete, de-identify, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable law.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing a request. We may deny or limit a request where permitted or required by applicable law, including where we are required to retain certain information or where fulfilling the request would conflict with applicable law or the rights of another person.

Certain information may be maintained or processed independently by third-party platforms or service providers. Where a third party acts independently of the Company, you may need to submit a request directly to that third party regarding information under its control.

Additional rights may be available depending upon where you reside.

Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.

The security of your account also depends upon you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and should not share your password or other authentication information with others. Where available, we encourage you to use additional security features, such as multi-factor authentication, and to notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

Although we take reasonable measures designed to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our security measures or improperly access, use, alter, or disclose personal information.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Platform, or applicable law. When we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised policy on the Platform and update the “Last Modified” date at the top of the policy.

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we may provide additional notice through the Platform, by email, or by other appropriate means. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice or obtain consent before applying material changes to personal information previously collected.
