Propper Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Platform are served by third-parties, including Platform providers, third party sellers (such as shopify), advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. To administer and enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements, protect our rights and the rights of others, resolve disputes, comply with applicable laws and legal processes, and respond to lawful requests from courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other governmental authorities.

·       Marketing and Advertising. Where applicable and subject to your choices and applicable law, to send you marketing or promotional communications, measure or understand the effectiveness of communications or advertising, and support advertising or marketing activities relating to the Company, the Platform, or our products or services.

We do not control the privacy practices of third parties acting independently of the Company. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

International Privacy Rights

If you are located in Canada, applicable Canadian privacy laws may provide you with rights regarding your personal information, including rights to request access or correction, obtain information regarding our collection, use, or disclosure of personal information, withdraw consent where permitted, and raise questions or complaints regarding our privacy practices.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide and maintain the Platform and user accounts, administer subscriptions and transactions, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect our legitimate business interests.

The length of time we retain personal information varies depending upon the nature of the information, the purposes for which it is processed, applicable legal or contractual requirements, and our legitimate business needs. Certain information may be maintained or processed independently by third-party platforms or service providers. Where a third party acts independently of the Company, you may need to submit a request directly to that third party regarding information under its control.

Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.

The security of your account also depends upon you. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice or obtain consent before applying material changes to personal information previously collected.
