Exceptional return response

I recently purchased the new EP orientation manual. Our small cath lab does interventional caths and pacemaker placements and ICD,s. We are starting to learn and train for AV node ablations (which is the reason I purchased this manual). I recieved the manual and it had a few pages that were miss printed or looked like they copied over each other. I emailed dontmissabeat and explained how the manual had a few defective pages, along with pictures of it. I got a response within 10 minutes of doing that. The sweetest apologies and was ensured that a new manual was being shipped that day as they stand by their quality they sell. I understand miss printings can happen but the response was exceptional. Which I had no doubt in my mind Sam would do anything to make it right and she did!!! Thank you guys! Your materials have been very helpful since I am not a new nurse but a newer nurse to cath lab. Thank you so much for all you do. The new manual is perfect!!! Thanks again!!!!

Thank you so much for sharing this thoughtful review! I’m so glad the new manual reached you quickly and that it’s been a helpful resource as your team expands into AV node ablations. I truly appreciate your understanding about the misprint!! While rare, things like that can happen, and it means a lot that you gave me the chance to make it right. Hearing that the replacement was perfect and already supporting you in your EP lab journey makes me so happy. Wishing you and your team the very best as you grow in EP I’m grateful to be a small part of that learning process.

Great product!!

I recently started a new job in a busy EP lab, and while I had a basic background from working in a pre- and post-op cardiac holding area, the amount of new information was overwhelming. This product has already been such a great resource for helping me better understand EP and feel more confident in caring for my patients.

I shared it with some of my coworkers who have been in the lab much longer than I have, as well as our manager, and they were all really impressed. They even plan to order one for our entire lab staff to use. I’m excited to keep learning with this tool and can’t wait to see what other products you come out with for the EP lab!
